• To be eligible for a return or exchange, the shoes must be in brand-new, unworn condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
• Shoes that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

• To start the return or exchange process, please log in to your account, go to your order history, and select the item you wish to return or exchange. • Provide your order number, contact information, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.

3. Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via Gcash if payment has been done by cash on delivery within 5 days.
• Refunds are issued for the cost of the shoes; shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when initiating the return process.
• We will assist you in processing the exchange and provide instructions on returning the original pair.
